My Approach

 

Counselling is for everyone

I believe counselling is for everyone. I will authentically engage with you as an entire person, rather than focus on a diagnosis. It’s my hope that any human being who feels ready to engage in the process of self-exploration will find a home in my care. 

 

I’m here to help you:

  • reveal your own sense of direction, clarity and purpose

  • improve and foster healthy relationships of all kinds 

  • feel more secure, resilient, and able to navigate life as your authentic self.

 

We all share an unpredictable journey that will inevitably include complex emotions, loss and stress, even when life may be going well for us.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship or parenting challenges, past trauma – or you simply want to maintain and safeguard a healthy state of mind, I’m ready to meet you where you are now. 

 

My aim is to provide you with a safe haven where we can begin to address the challenges you may be facing. You have what you need, the tools, within yourself to overcome these challenges and live a more fulfilling life. 

 

The tools you may need to call on right now could be to connect with one or more of your values, to find compassion for yourself and others, curiosity, love, courage, or inner peace. I’d like to help you discover and explore your strengths so you can more easily access these tools and use them to heal, grow, and feel supported as your life unfolds.
