I spent a fair amount of my adult life feeling like I couldn't be myself in front of a therapist. But from the first moment meeting Dr Cathy Mak, this was never an issue. Her gentle, thoughtful and empathetic style has enabled me to really feel at home in my own skin, and to be honest, mindful, and grounded.
