“Most psychologists treat the mind as disembodied, a phenomenon with little or no connection to the physical body. Conversely, physicians treat the body with no regard to the mind or the emotions. But the body and mind are not separate, and we cannot treat one without the other.”

Your well-being is in good hands
I’m a registered psychologist, long-time mindfulness practitioner and yoga teacher. My focus is compassionate, holistic approaches to psychotherapy with your well-being and personal growth as my priority. I want you to feel heard and supported to find more balance and peace within yourself while facing the challenges life may bring.
How I Like To Work
Contemporary psychotherapy and personalised care
Each day, I only see a small number of clients. No more than four sessions in a row, and always with a break in between. I want to be fully present with every client, every session.
I also set aside time each week for professional development or supervision to ensure I continue to develop and grow, staying current with the latest research and therapy techniques.
